Ceroc Dance Lesson

Here is a demonstartion of Ceroc beginner moves:

To be honest, this dance is not used these days as much. But its very similar to the East coast Swing and Jive – which are popular today.

More about Ceroc dance
Ceroc is the dance that modern-day Jive is derived from. Its moves are very similar to Salsa, Swing, rock n roll and west coast swing. Ceroc is typically danced to rock and roll music, music from the 60s and any 4/4 pop song. It is a partner dance where the moves are initiated by the man, with the ladies following. Outside the UK, Ceroc is less common, although it is more popular in Australia and New Zealand.
