Need to Return a product?
To return a product to
Learntodance.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
orders@learntodance.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Order Number
- Nature of the problem
Please order with care. We are unable to
accept returns or make exchanges on any video tapes, CDs or
merchandise, except: 1) If an item is received in damaged
condition; 2) If there is an error in an order on our part.
(Items must be returned within fourteen days of delivery for
replacement as ordered.); and (3) Defective tapes. First,
please check your tracking
system on your VCR. Then, try another tape to see if the
same problem occurs. If at that time you discover the
problem is only apparent with our video, please give us a
call at 1.800.440.2095 or e-mail us at and we will be happy to
take care of the problem.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Learntodance.com
on returned items, and
Learntodance.com
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
