Another season of the ABC hit show Dancing With the Stars is in the books. All we need to know now is who is the winner.

Due to several projects I have not even been able to watch some of the show till days after someone had been eliminated, so I have not been able to write any reviews for the season so far, but felt compelled to share a few thoughts after the final last night.

In many ways I was pleased with the cast for season 6. This group of stars was the most talented group we have seen yet. I think someone at ABC wants to see a woman win this season. The competition between the women was closer than any there has been. Having said that it is ironic that there are 2 men and only 1 woman in the final. As a whole I think the music selections were better this year too. That is so important.

I was disappointed by the way DWTS has allowed the judges to be so verbal with each other and the audience. I can see saying some of the things they say to the dancers, but the arguing between each other is a turn off for me. I was also disappointed in the dancing format for the final. The Cha Cha show down was boring and the freestyle dances were average at best. I think it was better they way it was before where each couple did 2 different dances. 

Now here are my thoughts on who will win.

If this were a regular dance competition I would have to say there is no way that Kristy and mark will not win. Kristy is by the best dancer on the show, and should be the winner. Will she win? I don't think so . I think Jason and Edyta will win. Jason has done very well over the season and shown that he has the drive to keep working on his dancing and he has a strong fan base. Add in Edyta and the people that like her and I think that Jason and Edyta will pull out enough votes and win the trophy.
