excellent customer service, but sometimes errors
do happen. Most orders ship the day they were
ordered, but all orders ship no later than 2
days after the order was placed. Orders placed
on Sundays and major holidays ship the next
business day. If there is any delay with your
order we will let you know via e-mail or
telephone depending on the case.

If your
video or DVD has defects let us know. Email us
at customerservice@learntodance.com. All
products are guaranteed against defects. If your
product doesn't work return the original product
and we will send a replacement no questions
asked. (returns must made with 30 days of
original purchase date)
We DO
NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL DATA. We don't even
send our monthly newsletter unless you ask for
it, so browse with confidence that you will not
be hit with pop ups and annoying ads. We do not
even require you to sign up to use any of free
services.
