Ceroc is a simplified version of jive and quite similar to Swing but without the complicated footwork. This means that it is very easy to learn - so no excuses about having two left feet!!

Although it is a partner dance, there is usually no need to take a partner with you because during the classes everyone is moved around. This means that you get to dance with everybody at least once!

These free online dance lessons will teach you the basic steps, but to make learning to dance easier and more fun, use instructional videos or schedule time with an instructor at a a dance studio.
